You may pay by credit card via Zeffy (tip optional) or check —see instructions below. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email with your QR code and event updates.
There will be NO on-site ticket sales.
*All deadlines for payment end at 11:55 PM.

CHECKS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED DURING THE GENERAL REGISTRATION PERIOD (September 13-November 14, 2025). The option to pay by check is listed on the registration form as FREE so that the system can process your form without a credit card. Please mail your check within 5 days of registering. CHECKS MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN NOV. 14, 2025. If payment is not received by the deadline, your order may be canceled.
You'll receive a separate confirmation email once payment is processed. Please allow 10 business days for check processing.

Zeffy is the electronic payment platform we use to keep processing fees low. At checkout, you may see a pre‑filled line called “Help keep Zeffy free...” This tip is entirely optional and does not affect your registration. You are welcome to set it to $0 or any amount you wish using the below instructions.

How to bypass the optional Zeffy tip (2 quick steps):
All registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE. Tickets may be transferred to another eligible member by January 10, 2026. The original registrant is responsible for identifying the transferee and completing the steps below.
